Shawn Kessler is a distinguished expert in employer brand and recruitment marketing, currently serving as a partner in the Recruitment Marketing Division at Aloysius Butler & Clark (AB&C). With over two decades of experience, Shawn has been instrumental in developing innovative strategies to attract top talent across various industries.

Before joining AB&C, Shawn honed his skills as the owner and senior strategist at Zero-In Recruitment Marketing and as a marketing specialist at Geisinger Health System. His exceptional work has earned him the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Award of Distinction, and his campaigns have been featured in multiple national media publications.
